Natural and artificial saline environments samples were investigated and compared.
Salinity significantly decreased the microbe quantities affecting the community structure.
The shared and core halotolerant and halophilic bacteria were detected in the samples.
The core detected bacteria were SRB, Flavobacterium, Clostridia and Bacilli.
DOC/Cl− predominated the quantities variation of archaea, bacteria, fungi and yeast.
