Sn-based nanoparticles are fabricated by using the pulsed wire evaporation method.

The electrodes are prepared by mixing the graphene and coating the surface.

Coating the surface of electrode is used with brushing of simple and facile method.

The electrochemical measurements are performed with galvanostatic experiments.

The coating electrode maintains capacity nearly of 501 mAh g−1 up to 100 cycles.
