After gradually doping Co2 +, the morphology of the GO/PANI/metal hydroxide nanocomposite have changed for different degrees.

The highest specific capacitance of composite electrode is 743 F/g.

Presence of Oxygen-containing functional group, nitrogen-containing groups decreased the resistance of GO/PANI composite.

The supercapacitor had excellent stability by cycle life measurement with 15.6% loss after 2000 cycles.
