Effects of simulated microgravity (SMG) on the two duckweeds were examined. Under SMG conditions, the relative growth rate of duckweeds was enhanced. Under SMG conditions, performance of ultra structure of frond cells was similar. The different patterns of starch content change under SMG conditions were observed.
