NPK with straw (NPKS) increased organic P concentration and phosphatase activities. Phosphatases had crucial roles in increasing available P concentration under NPKS. Long-term manure and NPK combination increased the risk of P leaching. NPKS might be an effective long-term fertilization practice in light sandy loam soil.
