Effect of PLA films containing propolis ethanolic extract, cellulose nanoparticle and Ziziphora clinopodioides essential oil on chemical, microbial and sensory properties of minced beef

PLA films containing ZEO alone and with PE and CN extended minced beef shelf life. Minimum bacterial counts obtained with the film containing 2% EO, 2% PE and 1% CN. PLA films with ZEO, PE and CN had no adverse effect on sensory properties of samples.
