Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is considered to be one of the most common liver pathologies. Resveratrol is one of the most promising potent molecule in NAFLD treatment. RSV attenuates NAFLD progression, decrease steatosis and reduce hepatocytes insulin resistance. First clinical trials seams to confirm beneficial effects of RSV in NAFLD treatment.
