Two mouse Ttyh1 fragments were expressed from Escherichia coli and purified as antigens. A group of monoclonal antibodies against the mouse Ttyh1 fragments were produced and validated using various immunoassays. The Ttyh1 protein located in the apical side of the ventricular zone in murine embryonic brain, as immunostained by Ttyh1 mAbs.
