Both intrinsic and extrinsic motivators increase creativity and job performance. Extrinsic creative motivator is reinforced by an organizational promotion focus. Intrinsic creative motivator is reinforced by an organizational prevention focus. To increase employees’ creativity, two-level factors should be considered.
