Secondary cell wall is the structure most affected by ozonolysis treatment. High yield conversion of cellulose using OBU treatment. Fiber changes during increase in ozonolysis treatment time were observed. SEM and TEM techniques demonstrated changes in fiber cells after ozonolysis treatment.
