Sub-10-nm Co3O4 nanoparticles/graphene composites as high-performance anodes for lithium storage

Sub-10-nm Co3O4 nanoparticles/graphene composites were synthesized. A two-step solvothermal method was used to control Co3O4 concentration in composite. At 43 wt% Co3O4 NPs in the composites, the maximum reversible capacity was shown. The hybrid composites exhibited the improved cycling stability and rate capability.
