Structures of RGO-PANI films were regulated by MnO2-templated polymerization. Porous RGO-PANI nanotube papers had capacitances of 956 F g−1 and 172 F cm−3. Volumetric capacitance of PANI nanotube-anchored graphene papers was 722 F cm−3. PANI nanotube-anchored graphene papers had a gravimetric capacitance of 363 F g−1.
