Discussed are methods to predict two-phase flows in micro-channel heat sinks. Presented are predictive tools for two-phase flow limits in micro-channel heat sinks. Parametric study presented for HFE-7100, R134a, and water. Deeper micro-channels shown to increase maximum heat flux and decrease pressure drop.
