A novel effluent recovery process for resource recycle and energy saving is presented. MINLP model for simultaneous pressure, separation, heat exchange network synthesis. Multicomponent nonisothermal phase changes are allowed inside the HEN model. Lower utility demands and higher revenues for industrial cases.
