A better arrangement of UV and TiO2 is investigated for VOC decompositions. Parallel arrangement leaves unconverted intermediates in a low UV intensity area. Circular arrangement can completely decompose VOCs including intermediates. Irradiation of TiO2 with strong UV light is necessary to completely decompose VOCs. The use of circular arrangement can be recommended for VOC decompositions.
