Combined ANFIS and numerical methods to simulate ultrasound-assisted extraction of phenolics from chokeberry cultivated in China and analysis of phenolic composition
Phenolics in chokeberry cultivated in China were extracted by ultrasound. ANFIS was successful in correlating operation parameters with total phenolic yield. Diffusion model was solved numerically to identify De of total phenolics. 3 Anthocyanins, 4 phenolic acids and 3 flavonols were identified by HRMS. Solvent type affected phenolic composition in the extracts significantly.
