Ti biocomposites reinforced by HA were successfully produced by hot-pressing technique. addition of HA into the Ti6Al4V matrix showed a significant influence on the tribocorrosion behaviour. Ti-HA biocomposites are good candidates for the realization of improved prosthesis.
