Novel diversified UA amphiphiles have been designed and synthesized. Compound 10 (FZU-03,010) identified as a promising anticancer agent. FZU-03,010 can self-assemble into nanoparticles in water. FZU-03,010 modulated the apoptotic signaling pathway and PI3K/Akt pathway.
