Conductive HA-doped PEDOT nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization. The prepared PEDOT-HA/PLLA films could support PC12 cells' adhesion, survival and spread, compared with pure PLLA films. PC12 cells on PEDOT-HA/PLLA films displayed longer neurite and higher mRNA expression levels of GAP43 and SYP, under 0.5 mA current stimulation.
