Sequential microbial hydroxylation and glycosylation of PTs were achieved. The SAR of PTs and TF pathway inhibitory activity was analyzed. Biotransformation is a promising strategy for the structural modification of PTs. PTs could be served as potential inhibitors of TF pathway related diseases.
