Magnetic micro-meso porous activated carbon (Bmi) was synthesized and characterized. Magnetic solid phase extraction-HPLC method was developed for bisphenol A in milk. Excellent magnetic behavior of Bmi resulting to its easy collection from milk samples by applying an external magnet. MSPE is a fast, simple, low cost, sensitive and environmentally friendly sample preparation technique. Developed MSPE-HPLC-UV method could be applied for the extraction of BPA in different kinds of milk and human breast milk.
