A loopback RCA-based amplification strategy was developed to accomplish Kras gene detection. The assay was based on DHMB probe and exhibited the detection limit of 16 fM. The proposed biosensor also shows the high specificity for target DNA of interest. The assay holds potential application in biomedical research and early clinical diagnostics.
