No additional primers were added during the whole isothermal amplification, as RCA triggered by the product of SDA. Heat denaturation was not required for genome detection. The whole amplification progress could operate in one pot, as reagent and temperature were compatible. Genotyping of HPV was achieved with a high specificity coupled specific nicking reaction with type specific sequence.
