With increase in concentration of gold solution the size of the Pluronic F127-gold nanohybrids increases. Fluorescent dye Rh B binds strongly with Pluronic F127-gold nanohybrids. Fluorescence energy transfer efficiency Rh B is more towards Pluronic F127-gold nanohybrids.
