1,3-Disubstituted tetrahydropyrano[3,4-b]indoles was successfully synthesized. Secondary tryptophols was developed from 3-indoleacetic acids. One-pot synthesis of tetrahydropyrano[3,4-b]indoles was successfully developed. Enantioselective 1,3-disubstituted tetrahydropyrano[3,4-b]indole was synthesized.
