A non-invasive multi-electrode array (MEA) was developed. MEA is efficient for the purposes of gene electrotransfer (GET) into the skin. GET with MEA results in high gene expression levels in the mouse skin. GET with MEA results in strong immune response in vaccinated mice. Easy applicability of the MEA makes it suitable for wound healing treatments.
