The ambulance relocation problem in an EMS system with two unit types is studied. The concept of two-dimensional compliance tables is introduced. An Integer Linear Programming model to compute these tables is proposed. Busy fractions are computed by a Hypercube queueing model. The obtained compliance tables are simulated based on realistic data.
