Color-tunable Eu2+:Ca2SiO4 phosphor developed using differently aged PGMS. Ratio of multiple crystal phases in the phosphor was altered with ageing of PGMS. With increase in ageing time of PGMS shifts the emission color from red to green. Fabricated prototype pc-LEDs and investigated electroluminescent properties.
