PNA biosensor based on NH2-GO composited with CdS QDs for the detection of M. Tuberculosis. GO was functionalized with ethylenediamine using simple chemical reduction method and then incorporated with CdS QDs. The modified NH2-GO/QDs composite film shows excellent conductivity and large surface area. The proposed PNA biosensor has shown significant potential for the detection of M. Tuberculosis.
