The conjugated polymer PFO was used to detect Con A for the first time. In this construction strategy, LOx catalyzed the oxidation of lactate to in situ generate H2O2 to act as the coreactant of PFO to enhance the ECL intensity. The detection method based on PFO-H2O2 system showed a low detection limit and a wide linear range.
