Humidity sensitive cross-linked organic-inorganic hybrid polymers have been synthesized via a thiol-ene click reaction. The hydrophilic organic groups are chemically modified on the stable POSS-based frameworks. The obtained humidity sensor shows high sensitivity, small humidity hysteresis and rapid response.
