A sensitive electrochemiluminescence immunosensor for cardiac troponin I detection based on dual quenching of the self-enhanced Ru(II) complex by folic acid and in situ generated oxygen
The self-enhanced Ru-PAMAM/AuNPs complex could highly enhanced ECL efficiency. The PtCu3 alloy NCs could load abundant of FA and catalyze H2O2 for in situ generating O2. FA and in situ generating O2 could dual quench the ECL signal of Ru(dcbpy)32+. The prepared ECL immunosensor for cardiac troponin I detection exhibited a low detection limit.
