EEG based topography analysis in string recognition task

Symbolic sample entropy (SSE) outperforms sample entropy (SE) in analysis of functional dependent EEG. Variation topographies are generated with SE, SSE and NRP (normalized rhythm power) respectively. SSE and NRP highlight the involvement of P4, O2, T6 and C4 in string recognition task.
