Scoping model to predict ground-borne railway vibration levels within buildings. The ground-borne vibration spectrum is an input of the model. The ground spectra can be computed numerically or can be recorded directly. Structural vibration levels are computed using modal superposition. A powerful tool for use during the early design stages of a railway system.
