A novel MIL-101-CdSe nanocomposite has been successfully synthesized. The MIL-101-CdSe nanocomposite has high electrochemiluminescence intensity. The constructed ECL immunosensor exhibited high sensitivity and good selectivity to carcinoembryonic antigen.
