An “in-situ” antimony film electrode to determine tetracyclines was performed. Highly efficient Draper Lin small composite design was used to optimize parameters. The method was successfully applied to determine tetracyclines in Argentinean honeys. Antimony electrodes are an alternative to the use of mercury and bismuth electrodes.
