A method was proposed to repair the cracked aluminum-alloy pipe by CFRP patches. The screw-thread method was developed to pretreat the surface of aluminum-alloy pipe. Fatigue performances of the repaired pipe were revealed by intensive experiments. Key influence factors were considered to evaluate the fatigue life of repaired pipes.
