PR63cc displays a distinct profile of DAA resistance from JFH1. M31 in NS5A of PR63cc is responsible for the resistance against daclatasvir and ledipasvir. S67 in NS3 of PR63cc is responsible for the resistance against asunaprevir. PR63cc and JFH1 are both completely resistant to dasabuvir.
