Medial Thrust and Trunk Lean can improve gait kinetics in patients with knee OA. Comfortable amplification magnitude alone does not determine the optimal strategy. Individual gait modification selection seems vital to optimize knee kinematics. The timing of the modification might be crucial to the effect on the knee kinetics.
