Easy Clean used in continuous rotation is a new mechanical irrigant agitating device. Although Easy Clean in continuous rotation showed no statistically significant difference at the end of every procedure, in comparison with the other groups that promote agitation of irrigating solution, Easy Clean showed higher debris removal percentages, especially in the isthmus region in the apical portion. It is necessary to perform 3 irrigant agitation steps of 20 seconds each to ensure better cleaning of the canal and isthmus.
