Use rs-fMRI to analysis the relationship between FC and memory sores in MTLE. Results of memory scores were different between R-MTLE and L-MTLE patients. Memory of patients was associated with hippocampal functional connectivity. This study settled basis for understanding the mechanism of MTLE.
