ITI is crucial for inhibitor elimination, but evidence for the best regimens is poor. In a dose comparison study low-dose regimens were not inferior to high-dose regimes. The survey explores current ITI-practice, outcomes and changes over the last decade. We show a trend towards low-dose regimens (< 50 IU/kg/d) in HT inhibitor patients. Outcome of ITI therapy seems stable over the last decade.
