Higher NLR is strongly associated with malignant RMCM. There is no diagnostic difference between CT and NLR in differentiating RMCM. Under cutoff value of 2.31, NLR could differentiate RMCM significantly. Combination of CT and NLR could increase sensitivity of detecting malignant RMCM. Further studies are needed on large prospectively cohort of patients.
