MSCs derived from PE grew more slowly and manifest more apoptosis. MiR-136 suppressed MSC proliferation and promoted apoptosis. Supernatants from MSCs overexpressing miR-136 inhibits HUVEC capillary formation. MiR-136 could affect MSC through suppressing the expression of BCL2 and VEGF.
