Application of non-extensive entropy to study of decoherence of RbCl quantum dot qubit: Tsallis entropy

An electron is coupled to LO-phonon in triangular quantum dots with Coulomb impurity is considered. Using the Pekar variational method, the eigenenergies and eigenfunctions of system is obtained. We have studied decoherence of RbCl quantum dot qubit using the non-extensive entropy. The entropy oscillates under a standing wave envelope with increasing the Coulomb impurity.
