Graphene was prepared via the reduction of GO used a green reductant. Graphene can effectively refine W grain size. WCu-doping 0.5 wt% graphene results high electrical conductivity. Graphene can activate sintering WCu alloys. The appropriate range of graphene doping content is obtained.
