Two novel aggregation-induced emission polymers were synthesized. The polymers could self-assemble into fluorescent polymeric nanoparticles (FPNs) in water. The FPNs showed excellent biocompatibility for cell imaging. The FPNs exhibited good particle stability and high photostability.
