The saturation magnetization almost maintained in Tb/Cr/Ni80Fe20 structure. Most of the magnetic parameters are enhanced in Tb/Cr(0.2 nm)/Ni80Fe20 film. All magnetic parameters down to those of Ni80Fe20 film as increasing Cr-thickness. Oscillation occurs in some magnetic parameters as the interlayer coupling.
