ε′ of a Cu3Ti2Ta2O12 ceramic remains above 1000 while f ≤ 100 kHz. Cu3Ti2Ta2O12 has an electrically heterogeneous structure as CCTO and Cu2Ta4O12. The active electron hopping is responsible primarily for the grain conduction.
