WCu-doping 0.5 wt% graphene can enhance the breakdown strength about ∼ 45.5%. Graphene can avoid the concentration erosion on the surface of contacts. Graphene can influence electron transition and energy consumption. The main ablation mechanism is attributed to difference of work function.
